Summary: The original room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke. When I spoke to the manager about it, she immediately had me check another room for the smell and then helped me to move everything to the new room. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and professional.

Summary: our trip the hotel it self and the employees were awesome and very friendly. but our room had a couple of problems. the shower door would not stay closed while the shower was going and the toilet did not flush the right way. and the pull out couch into a bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Summary: On the surface the room looked fine but when my kids toy rolled under the bed it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Outside of the dust bunnys lying about there was also an old Swedish fish. It wasn't all bad. The pool was clean and a decent space.
